I agree with Marc that one of the annoyances with this place is that there are no prices. They don’t even have a price sheet on hand, therefore, I see them just blindly added prices in. I usually come here to grab some gum before catching the 44, 2 or 22 and nothing more. The customer service was friendly.

As a regular (actually, it’s my bf who’s the regular — but I usually tag along), I love the fact that the owners know exactly who we are and what we want. Polite, helpful, and welcoming. That’s all I need in a corner store!

This place triggers one of my pet peeves with convenience stores: No prices on items so you have the play the convenience store lottery on checkout. Are they sizing you up to determine how much you can afford to pay and how desperate you are for that pint of ice cream? Ugh!
