Extremely rude owner! I had to print my portfolio for a very important job interview so I called them prior to bringing my file and explained with details how I wanted it to be printed. They told me that it was ok so I went there and gave my file to the girl I spoke to and asked for a sample.
When she printed out the sample I realized that this was not at all how I explained to her how I wanted my portfolio to be printed, it was then that she realized that they actually cant print my file in that format! So I asked if I could sit there and change my file since I didn’t have time to go back, she said yes and even brought me a chair.
Even Though there was nobody else in the store, after a few minutes the owner came and very rudely told me that they are busy and I cant sit in that spot to work. I told him that I had to change my file since his employee made a mistake and I had no other choice, and moved to another spot out of the way. Again after a few minutes he asked me: what do you think you are doing? We don’t offer this service. I told him again that this was their mistake and I called them to make sure everything would go well, he answered: we receive too many phone calls each day and we are not responsible, you need to get out of my store! I started talking to the girl and told her that I have a deadline and that she could have told me on the phone that they weren’t able to print my file. She told me that it was her mistake but he is the boss so I need to leave! So I left and was late for a very important interview because of this.

I have been working as an Architect and Interior Designer during + 20 years in my home country (Brazil). I know what is an excellent printing service and I am super attentive to small details.
I’m also an amateur photographer and I wanted to have one of my images printed. I searched on Unilocal and liked Graffika reviews, as all customers seemed to be very happy with them.
The service they offer is beyond perfect. It’s really excellent.
If all you need is perfection with reasonable prices, don’t look any further. This is for sure, the best service you can get.

I have to mention before I begin this review that I do not ever take the time to write reviews unless I have had an absolutely horrible experience, however my experience at Graffika has proven otherwise.
My fiancé and I were on a budget for our wedding and when it came to our invitations, we knew that self designing would be the most cost efficient route to take. The only problem was our lack of knowledge in print, and as well, a lack of print shops willing to take our job.
We ended up emailing 6 different shops with strong reviews and also consulted a friend who ran a printing business. I quickly received one reply from Graffika in less than a day’s time, who also turned out to be the only print shop that ended up replying. Adil of Graffika was always took my inquiries seriously and always made sure his emails were returned on the same day during business hours, or the next business day if after business hours. His emails were quick and concise and very easy to digest for someone with absolutely no experience in print.
Wedding invitations are not the kind of business that most print shops desire to take, understandably because expectations are high, budgets are low, and return business is minimal (a one time print project versus business cards which need to be continuously replaced). Our friend who ran a print shop respectfully pointed that out to us, and the other shops did not even return the courtesy of replying. Adil however treated me like any other valued customer, diligent in his replies, and extremely accommodating and patient to my numerous requests and changes. To give an idea of how picky I was, there were a total of 20 emails and 21 test prints before the final product came to light! Every time I requested a change or a test print his answer was always yes. Turnaround, I kid you not, the next day… EVERY TIME! Keep in mind this is for a wedding invitation project… not exactly revenue generating. Yet Adil took me seriously and executed his work of art flawlessly and happily.
Walking in to a print shop can be intimidating when you have no prior experience and no knowledge whatsoever in print. Upon entering Graffika, I was greeted with a smile from the friendly team who’s always hard at work, and Adil who was quick to listen and never pushy with his input. We ended up well within budget with beautiful invitations to proudly hand out.
To top things off off, Adil had a little surprise for us to congratulate us for our wedding. Him and his staff shared their joy and congrats for our upcoming wedding and left us in complete disbelief of the heartfelt service we had just received. Coming back home I felt compelled to do the least in writing this review for Adil and his team at Graffika! Thank you for an outstanding experience and the beautiful cards. Your team helped bring our wedding one step closer to reality!
If I ever have any need for printing, or anyone I know that needs printing done, I’ll have absolutely no hesitation to recommend Graffika Imaging!

We need prints pronto!
Art students can be the ultimate procrastinators. Several of my friends went to print their posters at the eleventh hour. My friend phoned Graffika and asked if she could get 4 11×17 posters in a few hours on heavier card paper. She emailed the files, and I helped her rush off to Vancouver to pick them up. We arrived to find the posters done and professionally printed.
The customer service was great, and you can tell the owner really cares about this little print shop. I’m definitely going to come here to print. All my friends who have come here have been satisfied with the work this place has been doing!

I was referred to Graffika for their quality a while back and had been meaning to give them a try. I made the time today and was really impressed with their full colour black coverage. I’ve had projects printed on a DC 8000 before and have had varying results with full colour coverage. It’s still a challenge to get accurate purples and light blues, but that what you get with 4 colour digital. The service was very friendly and I got everything I needed in less than a half hour. Excellent pricing too. I’ll be going back for sure.
