Can’t believe I didn’t find this printing service until recently! One of the owners helped me print a straightforward Word document, and then spent some time resizing a large Excel file to print it in as few pages as possible… so that it would be more convenient for me and take up less paper. Talk about service! This reduced the cost of my printing and took him extra time but he was focused on producing something that was most useable for me. I am truly impressed at the level of customer service and I couldn’t believe the bargain price of the printing. Wow! I will definitely be coming back with all my large documents!

Was referred to this printing service by a friend, and was shocked by the lack of professionalism on display. Came in on a Tuesday with the materials (a set of commercial mailing envelopes) to be printed, was assured a quote would be delivered within an hour.
This did not occur; I ended up having my emails inquiring about a quote completely ignored for nearly two days and only a received flustered answer after calling twice on Thursday. A price and time was finally agreed upon, and when I arrived to pick up the materials, they had not yet been printed due to ‘issues’ with the printer. Ended up waiting around for nearly an hour for the job to be finished, and the final product was messy; many, many duplicated addresses on the envelopes, and poorly aligned text.
Will not be returning.

Chose to go here because of all the good reviews from Unilocal and was not disappointed.
The owner really is very accommodating and went above and beyond to print the business cards which I had wanted as soon as possible.
I will definitely return here to print more business cards and perhaps avail of their other services.

I wanted to give my full recommendation to Pedro Ordonez at Minuteman Press. He always continues to impress. I asked myself, «What do I want in a Full Service Print Shop?» Time, Quality, Cost all matter to me. Minuteman constantly impresses in all areas. Although I know it’s not case, I feel as though I am always the only client that he is working with. He delivers the product as requested every time.
When I ask for a job to completed I know that I am in great hands with Minuteman and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

From my initial phone call to the moment I walked in the door, Jose and Pedro were friendly and wonderful. We had some digital printing that needed to be done quickly, and they got it done at a reasonable price. Our greeting cards and labels turned out really well, and Jose even dropped it off at our office as he was headed that way. It’s not hard to find print shops, but it is harder to find one that gives above and beyond service like this one.

I went to these guys to get my homework printed and was very pleased with the service. The owner (his name is Pedro) was there and greeted me as soon as I got it with a big smile on his face. He helped to re-​size the documents and printed them right away. I wasn’t sure if somebody would take my job — just a 40 pages or so, but Pedro was very welcoming and said that «there was no small job for them». I paid 10c/​page. They are very close to where I live, so I am glad I have found my printing company!

I was introduced to Minuteman through a client contact. The price quoted on this client’s project was significantly better than the next nearest printer, and so I recommended we proceed with Minuteman. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything in place, and when I spotted a problem with the project, they were very good about solving that problem.
Good, fast AND inexpensive. You don’t usually get all of that in one place. I’ll be placing more work with Pedro and Jose in future.
