History

Established in 2009.

The Exchange is a combination of the history of the location as the Vancouver Stock Exchange of the 1920’s with modern design and flare.

The concept is based simplicity, elegance, fresh & seasonal foods with a local bias. Baguettes, croissants and other delicacies are baked in our ovens, sandwiches are made to order with fresh herb aolis and olives from Dundarave Olive Company, cheese and meat platters are elegant and meant to be shared. The Exchange has several wines by the glass, award-​winning beers and fair trade organic espresso coffees and teas.
