Best Turkey Sandwich EVER!!! Everything here is super fresh. No processed meats at all. I haven’t really ordered much else off the menu. If you order the Turkey special, it works out to an extra .50 cents for either a bacon ceasar salad or the soup of of the day.

If you want excellent value for money and a sandwich that’s jam-packed with filling on tasty fresh bread, then look no further. I only ever go for the veggie, tuna, or egg salad sandwich but from what I see of the meat sarnies, they’re even BIGGER! Always pleasant service too!

I’ve been a huge fan of Sandwich Plus since I worked around the corner from them. Their sandwiches are art! The turkey sandwich is really the only one I’ve had, because it’s stupid delicious — you get a choice of cheese or avocado(um, avocado, obviously), dark or light meat(both!), and a host of tasty toppings, including cranberry sauce. And they are not stingy on the filling for this sandwich. The last time I got it it took me two days to eat because the meat was packed in so tightly! Last time I was there my friend and I shared their Mexican wrap — it was also pretty delicious, but I would go back for the turkey, and the turkey alone. The prices are super reasonable for what you get, you can skip the line if you just want soup, and the staff are super friendly! Well worth stopping in.

Best turkey sandwich in town! Unilocal says it doesn’t accept credit cards but I’ve never had a problem using mine. The place gets super busy though and there isn’t much in the way of seating during peak hours but it’s worth it. The roast turkey is always fresh and tonnes of it!

Good homemade food, great value and quality — busy busy though, so be prepared for a bit of a wait sometimes. Try the soups as well, I think they’re all homemade. Come here at least twice per week.

This place is fantastic. It’s a food court sandwich place and they also dabble in some tex-mex and breakfast items, as well(taco salads, burritos, eggs, bacon, grilled cheese). I like the prices and how much meat you get when you order a sandwich(seriously, you can’t close your mouth around one of these things) and for around 6 bucks, it’s a pretty good deal! I keep coming back for the legendary turkey sandwich, and you get to choose whether you get dark or white meat. Second trip: I got the taco salad! Oh man, the shell is PERFECT and they pile on veggies, beans, salsa and sour cream and cheese on top. Very filling, tastes great and only 7-something dollars. Yes please.

As Schneider’s always says, «you can taste the difference quality makes». Not only do they use genuine pieces of roast turkey in their sandwiches, they bring all of the usual Thanksgiving fixings to the party, such as cranberry sauce and… avocado? In any case, their sandwich and soup deal is not only cheap but ensures that you go into a food coma no matter how ravenous your hunger was before your visit!

Just had my first wrap there and my friend one of their traditional sandwich. What else can I say except it was extra fresh /delicious /and definitely homemade. Besides, make sure you are hungry when you go there the quantities are worth it! I will definitely come back. The best wrap I ate in town. + the staff is super nice and are listening to what you exactly want.

I was looking for a sandwich for lunch between conference talks, and I was happy to find this place thanks to Unilocal. The staff here are really efficient and friendly, which is rare to see in places like this. I ordered the turkey club sandwich. You start off by choosing your bread(I opted for toasted whole wheat bread), and then you can choose to have mayonnaise or cranberry sauce on each side of the bread. Next you can choose veggies such as lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. You can also add either cheese or avocado(I recommend avocado). Lastly, you can choose whether you want white or dark turkey meat. I opted for white, and got a huge portion of turkey on my sandwich which was awesome. My sandwich was large, but it was really tasty and worth the price of $ 7. If you are hungry and need a quick sandwich to go in the area, definitely go to Sandwich Plus.

I came here to check out the highly rated turkey sandwiches. Even though the menu is extensive, tuna salad sandwich, monte cristo, to even reuben just to name a few, I was firm on ordering the turkey and turkey only. I went with the multi-grain toast, despite Marc D.‘s warning about«blah bread». The bread wasn’t too bad, especially when they’ve been toasted. They didn’t have any caramelized onions, just the canned cranberry sauce, so I went with the easy butter no mayo, some shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, and turkey shreds. I was asked if I wanted white or dark meat. I said if possible, a mix would be nice. I have to admit the Korean lady was generous in packing in the stuffings. And yes, I did confirm with her that the turkey is roasted every morning. I am sad to say that the sandwich was very mediocre. I was hoping for the«juicy turkey meat» Annie W. experienced but my turkey shreds were far from juicy. I don’t understand what the hype is about. I just don’t. I am on a hunt for a really good reuben. If you know a place, please message me. After this turkey sandwich attempt, I’d take my money else where. The best turkey club I had was at YVR Fairmont Hotel. It was expensive($ 21 I think) but the toasted artisan cranberry bread with caramelized onions, guacamole, bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and house-smoked turkey(truly juicy) was amazing to sink my teeth in.

When I first found out that this was located in a food court, I was a bit iffy. I thought it would be another one of those«subway» type of deals. But I was wrong! This place is ran by a family(mom & pop), they have a variety of sandwiches but I had to go for their special that everyone was raving about: the«roast turkey wrap/sandwich». I ordered the roast turkey wrap with everything– it includes mayo, cranberry sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, turkey(shredded– not those deli style ones), cucumbers, salt/pepper, & pickles. You can make it a sandwich or wrap(they have wheat options for both). It was delicious & affordable~. And let me tell you, they make the sandwich/wraps BIG! so it will definitely fill you up.

$ 7.00 for a turkey wrap w/dark and light turkey meat, avocado, lettuce, tomato, onions and cucumber. Best turkey wrap in a long time. First place I have seen who doesn’t buy their turkey as a processed loaf from a wholesale supplier. The processed loafs are not good meat, typically containing bits of spinal cord and other parts which you wouldn’t normally eat: The wrap had so much filling in it, it wouldn’t close. Very good. Highly recommend for as a healthy protein source w/o prions.

How do you make a turkey sandwich? Well, if you have never been to Sandwich Plus, then I guarantee you are doing it wrong. You choose the bread(large selection), the fixings, and whether you want cheese or avocado. Cranberry spread? Have it, it is awesome. And then she takes a huge fistful of fresh roasted white or dark turkey meat and tries to capture it with the top piece of bread without losing any of the more than inch thick pile of meat. It is one of the best turkey sandwiches you can get that you didn’t make at home after thanksgiving dinner. Everything here is good, the other sandwiches, soups and chilli. But the turkey sandwich is amazing, and is what keeps me coming back for more!

Today I ordered a Turkey Wrap that consisted of: whole wheat wrapper(I skipped the bread based on Marc D.‘s review), mix of dark/white turkey meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, mayo, cranberry sauce, salt & pepper. It was perfect. Simple ingredients found in every other sandwich being made in the world, but they managed to make the flavours really sing. I have no doubts in my mind that the very generous portion of juicy turkey meat made all the difference. That and the little lady putting together the sandwiches was just too cute for words. In the words of my 10th grade science teacher, «Tukey Gobble.»

My favourite sandwich in the world is their Turkey Sandwich. My directions: Turkey sandwich on brown. No butter or mayo, just cranberry sauce on both sides. No veggies, just avocado. Extra salt and pepper(about 4 shakes each). Mix of dark and light turkey meat. No pickles. Price: $ 6.85, includes tax and debit fee.

I guess it’s a little odd to not have sandwiches at a place named Sandwich Plus, but that’s exactly what I did. I had soup because of this awful flu that just won’t go away. It was a cold and windy day, plus it made me feel so much better. I ordered the turkey and vegetable soup which was well seasoned without being overly salty. It was a little too peppery, but otherwise quite good and conforting. The ratio of soup to turkey/vegetables were 60 to 40. Just riiiiiight…

Yup. A goldmine! I have walked past the entrance of this food court every day for the past month and a half and never had an inkling to explore further. Today I went mining. I dug up a four inch piled high turkey sandwich. Complete with slices of avocado, dark red tomato, crisp lettuce on hearty multigrain bread. You even get to pick white or dark meat or both. They literally pick up a handful of meat and pile it onto the bread. The price is up to $ 5.75, but it is worth every penny. I had a bowl of homemade split pea soup on the side which was heavenly. I will be back for further exploration.
