Exhale is a intimate studio located in the heart of the Yaletown area of Vancouver. Exhale Studio offers a variety of yoga, pilates AND dance classes for adults. From all levels from beginner to advanced.

All classes are taught from experienced, knowledgeable and inspiring teachers. Exhale offers a variety of ways for you to make your life happier and healthier.

History

Established in 2008.

Exhale’s vision is to promote physical and emotional release, and personal improvement through creative and unique outlets. Through a variety of yoga, pilates, and dance classes, we hope to inspire people to set goals for themselves and to reach them, to enhance their self-​image and self-confidence.Yoga classes will help you relieve stress, gain fulfillment, find a deep sense of peace, as well as all the physical benefits. Pilates will strengthen your core by developing pelvic stability and abdominal control, as well as increasing muscular strength endurance and tone the entire body. Dance classes will give you a great workout, increase energy, feel stimulated, and have fun! No need to be a member at several impersonal studios/​centres/​gyms. At Exhale, we want to offer a variety of classes to fit everyone’s needs and, hopefully, entice you to try something new. At the same time, we want to remain small enough that we get to know you and you get to know us.

Business Owner

Rachel Wainwright is the creator and owner of Exhale Studio. Her goal is to create a very comfortable environment so her clients get a great workout, relieve stress, gain fulfillment, feel stimulated and have fun while doing it. Her hope is to inspire people to better themselves, to enhance their self-​image and self-​confidence.

A highly qualified teacher, Rachel is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor, BCRPA Registered Pilates Instructor, BCRPA Registered Group Fitness Instructor, and BCRPA Registered Personal Trainer. She also, did her Advanced Pilates Mat & Reformer Certificate at The Pilates Den to PMA standards.

Rachel combines all of her diverse background, experience, and knowledge to create a well-​rounded and effective class. She uses her energy and motivational skills to get you inspired and moving.
