Steve also offers twice weekly Wing Tsun Kungfu Self-Defence classes, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30pm.
Wing Tsun is a pure self-defence style specifically designed for the weak to overcome a stronger, faster and more aggressive opponent.
History
Established in 2003.
Steve has been in the fitness business since 2002 and a Personal Trainer since 2003. He discovered kettlebells in 2006 and in February of 2009, he became a Certified Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) Instructor.
In August of 2011, he partnered with two other Master Trainers and opened Strength In Numbers — Physical Culture Gymnasium, offering cutting edge science-based Personal, Small Group and ICBC rehab training.
Steve and his partners are committed to offering the best in Strength, Health and Happiness to anyone wishing to make a positive and lasting change in their health and wellbeing!

As an avid Physical Culturist influenced by such original fitness pioneers as Charles Atlas and Eugene Sandow, Steve believes in training the body as one functional unit.

Life includes many movements from both stable and unstable positions, so we must train for REAL LIFE!
Steve strongly believes in teaching his clients the «whys» so they eventually become knowledgeable and empowered enough to train themselves and do not have to rely on someone else to stay strong and healthy.
