After suffering a lower back injury playing hockey, Christina tailored a workout plan for me that not only restored my ability to play hockey, ski, and golf, but also to enjoy a new level of fitness that improved my performance in these sports. Not only were the workouts tremendously effective, but they were incredibly fun and interesting. Her amazing positive attitude and encouragement made the workouts most enjoyable. I give her the highest recommendation!

Christina is the first trainer that has actually been able to transform my 46 year old body. I’ve gone to trainers for years that would have me on and off of cardio machines (I can do that myself thx) with me huffing and puffing with no results after months of effort. With her competition background I finally was able to see definition in my arms and legs which has never happened… EVER. She also makes it fun with tons of laughs. I actually looked forward to going, which is gold. I would highly recommend.
