A relaxed atmosphere with attentive staff and welcoming feel. A beautifully prepared Gin & Tonic, apparently with the bar’s own homemade tonic and cucumber garnish. One of the best I’ve tasted recently and that’s high praise from an English gin fanatic holidaying here in Vancouver.
Also a decent late night snack of chicken in hot sauce at a reasonable price for the location. One thing the British aren’t really used to is restaurants closing at ten so good to be able to get something other than junk food later in the evening.
