Terrible service. I’ve been here 3 times now and have only been greeted once. Was talked to in a condescending tone when asked if I have paperwork for my move this year. I showed them the T4 as I was reimbursed by my employer for it. She continued to speak to me very slowly and patronizingly, saying that it was a T4. I had to keep telling her that I already knew that…
The ladies at the front counter would rather sit around gossiping about coworkers instead of paying attention to customers…
overall not a good experience.
