History

Established in 2002.

I starting out in real estate with my father who has been a REALTOR® for over 25 years in the Vancouver area. I worked previously in Project Management where I acquired skills that serve me well representing both seller and buyer clients. My BA degree is in Asian Area Studies from UBC where I graduated in 1996. As a child I attended Emily Carr Elementary and later Eric Hamber High.

Business Owner

My name is Kasimir Kish and I live in Cedar Cottage with my wife and daughter. I was born in Vancouver and this is the city where I have lived most of my life. I am a licensed REALTOR® with Multiple Realty Ltd. and have been working in real estate since 2002. The areas where I specialize include Cedar Cottage, Fraser, Mountain View and Mount Pleasant — all neighbourhoods I have lived in.

I believe in volunteering and help out with several causes in our neighbourhood including activities at my daughter’s school and neighbourhood clean-​ups.

I have a great network of notaries, lawyers, home inspectors, mortgage brokers, home stagers, photographers, insurance agents and others whom I work with frequently and refer to my clients.
