Specialties
We are Vancouver’s first micro-distillery. We’re family owned and operated and very passionate about creating West Coast inspired gins (our fave), vodkas, and a changing variety of seasonal spirits. Each bottle of spirits is handcrafted in small batches, distilled from our copper pot still. You can purchase our spirits along with a wide range of cocktail related items, bitters and Long Table branded items from our retail store and tasting room at our distillery.
Gin & Tonic Fridays: We love gin so every Friday we serve up G+T’s (and cocktails) and we include one of Vancouver’s top food truck right out front. Drink service is from 4pm to 9pm — Join us! (#TGIGNT)
Saturday Cocktail Hour: We serve Craft Cocktails on Saturdays in our distillery Cocktail Laboratory. We even have one of Vancouver’s famous food trucks out front, so come hungry. Drink service is from 3pm to 9pm — Join us!
Currently our retail sales and tasting room is open to the public Wednesday-Saturday at 1pm. History
Established in 2012.
Long Table Distillery has grown from a passion for making premium handcrafted, small batch spirits.
Our 300 liter copper pot still may be small but it is the heart of our business and reliably distills a unique collection of award winning West Coast inspired spirits — each revealing uniquely bold character and refined taste.
Every small batch we distill tells a story through its subtle taste characteristics derived from our selection of unique botanicals, 100% Canadian sourced base inputs, traditional distilling practices and skillfully crafted proprietary recipes.
The organic and natural ingredients we use in our spirits are carefully chosen for freshness, often obtained locally or from globally sourced, fairly traded growers. Even the water we use is from BC’s pristine Coast Mountain Range.

Meet the Business Owner
Charles T.
Business Owner
Charles Tremewen is head distiller at Long Table Distillery and co-owner with his wife Rita. Together they created and built this family owned local distillery and make award winning handcrafted small batch spirits. The business is built on a passion for great gin but they will continue to build on their line of core spirits. Their distillery was the first in the city since the dismantling of Vancouver’s United Distillers in 1954.
Tremewen’s professional history demonstrates his abiding interest in brewing and distilling a passion for organic and sustainable products and desire for collaborative local business operations. Prior to founding Long Table, Tremewen held senior positions within Vancouver’s natural and organic food and beverage industry.
In addition to having studied Artisan Distilling at Michigan State University, Tremewen is a UBC Bachelor of Arts graduate, and holds an honours certificate in Marketing Communications from the BC Institute of Technology.
