Only one out of the three regular staff is actually knowledgeable and friendly here. The old man who I assume is the owner may be friendly, but he really doesn’t know much and is all about making money. I was heavily pressured to take store credit when I wanted to return a product he told me would work. There are other longboard specifics shops in the city that aren’t money grabbing like this one. That one staff member out of the three is the saving grace of this shop — he knows pretty much all there is to know and is insanely talkative. He deserves a huge raise because he’s definitely responsible for a majority of their sales. Or at least the sales that don’t get returned right away because they don’t actually work

Overwhelmed by how big the store was. Awesome customer service. I came in here with my best friend to get some board and skate quote, however, we never got snow as much but we have some information for next year.
