In business since 1991, The Right Shoe is a Vancouver Shoe Store which offers a diverse selection of footwear and apparel designed to meet a variety of needs. We offer up-​to-​date information on athletic and supportive footwear, technical athletic apparel and in-​soles.

History

Established in 1991.

Our goal at The Right Shoe is to provide a unique selection of footwear to our customers. We are focused on providing the best of what a running, orthopedic, and dress casual store can provide. When we began our business, our vision was to combine these three products and we have achieved this and more. In 1998 we underwent a major renovation at the store, which allowed us to expand on our lines of footwear, as well as introduce Technical Athletic Apparel to our business.

Business Owner

Rand Clement is the Operating Owner and majority shareholder of The Right Shoe Vancouver. With over twenty years of experience in the shoe industry, Rand’s knowledge of quality footwear is invaluable. Rand holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and participated in track and field at both SFU and the University of Oregon. Rand continues to be an active runner and triathlete. Rand comes from a family of athletes with parents, Doug and Diane Clement, who are both former Olympians in track and field. Rand’s passion for an active lifestyle rubs off in his work, where his enthusiastic nature makes him a pleasure to deal with.
