Came in for «just browsing», went out as a happy customer and a basket full of goodies. The customer service was amazing– very informative, but not too pushy. Let me tell you. My entire bathroom is LUSH. I looooove it. The face masks are unreal, I like oatfix I think it’s called. Gentle enough to use daily if you wanted ! Smells amazing (of course everything does). I have hair masks, perfume, face masks, shampoo, dry shampoo, you name it.
What I REALLY want to talk about is the DRY SHAMPOO. «No drought». Is THE perfect dry shampoo for me. It’s a white powder that you can just sprinkle onto your roots and it’s not sticky or crunchy or anything like i have experienced with basically every other dry shampoo. I puff a small amount right onto my brush and just comb it through my crown and poof ! My hair looks freshly washed. Totally movable and fresh and light. I don’t think I’ll ever try anything else ! I’ve had my bottle for over a year and it’s barely made a dent because you only need such a small amount !
SERIOUSLY GO BUY THIS PRODUCT.
Also love Daddy O purple shampoo for blonde hair ! I tell everyone about it, my hair is platinum blonde and sometimes if I want a little pink tint to it, I’ll leave my daddy O on for like an hour and I get a pretty pink shadow to my blonde hair and get so many compliments :) also smells great.

I love lush and every product they have, but this location has been incredibly pushy every time I visit. Like literally stopping the middle of a transaction so someone can show me this «really great bubble bar that’s just like the bath bomb!» that I never asked for. Some of the staff is nice but it gets really stressful when someone is just constantly pushing sales. I totally get what it’s like to work in sales, but come on.

Went here in Vancouver and it smells very strongly… products seem pricey but well made. I bought a few things as gifts, and was impressed with the quality of customer service… very nice!

I was here two weeks ago and all the workers that work here are amazing! It was my first time learning about their products and the ladies here were so knowledgeable! I am now a bath bomb addict and I love the shower jelly. Thanks so much!!! I had an awesome experience!

This review isn’t about the products, it’s about the unnerving service. I cannot be the only one here to have been literally stalked by employees as I made my way through the store. Educating a customer on the product is one thing… Following someone around the store like white on rice, when that customer repeatedly says, «I’m just taking a look», «I’m just browsing», «NO really, thank you. I don’t even take baths. I’m seriously just getting xmas ideas» — it is the most irritating and uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. I felt bad for one employee who was literally 5 inches from me the entire time, even when I blatantly started ignoring him, because I knew it probably wasn’t his fault. I’m sure he was told to upsell or maybe his entire paycheque comes from commission, I don’t know. It was ridiculous. I hated every second of it, it was forced and awkward and it wasn’t just one employee. Calm. Down. Lush. Rant over.

Ok, first off, one of the staff here told me I look like a hipster Mary Poppins — I think that tells you everything you need to know about how much I loved my time here!
The staff were genuinely friendly and super helpful and pointed me in the right direction with useful suggestions and handy demonstrations! I picked up some purple shampoo to make my white hairs extra shiny, and a bubble bar that I’m stoked to try!
The store is very consistent with the Lush brand, but the service is what really made this one stand out!

One of the best Lush stores I have ever been to. As Lush is a chain, and isn’t individiually owned, all Lush products at each store are the same, but I would like to mention that the staff at this Lush were phenominal and so, so sweet. They were very respectful, didn’t harass you or push you into anything and they were also very charismatic and sweet. I felt very welcomed when I came to get some bath bombs and bubble bars. Very impressed with this Lush store.

Awesome soaps and their bath bombs are, quite frankly, the bomb. In addition to having great products and a stellar staff, their commitment to the environment and society is unwavering and noteworthy. I really appreciate a store that enhances me in not only a beauty sense but in other facets of my life. They are great!

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet for Lush on Robson. Love love love Lush!
I first heard of Lush reading Cosmo ~15 years ago. Then shortly after that, I was with a group of girl friends and someone started having a panic attack because she saw Lush and was foaming at the mouth because she had to go in immediately. She towed us all in. I’ve had a nonstop love affair with Lush ever since. I’ve had the US/​Canada border patrol give me grief because they didn’t understand why someone would drive to another country just to buy Lush but they were men and they didn’t understand!!! Then I drove to Portland till finally a Lush store opened in Bellevue and I didn’t have to spend a Saturday buying Lush. But I digress.
This freaking store rocks. You have to buy a bath bomb to start with, any one will do. Fill up your bathtub then crush the bath bomb with your fingers and smell the luxurious smell. Some dye the water; some don’t. Some have flowers or glitter or are sudsy; some don’t. Mix and match and throw in a bath bomb with a soap bar or melt and add extra awesomeness. When life has been a real bitch, I soak with a bath bomb and I go from being Cruella Deville to a sleepy kitten.
What else I love: Lip gloss in tins that taste super tasty like Chocolate Whipstick and Bubble Gum, face masks that are fresh from the fridge, Charity Pot lotion, and Wiccy Magic Muscles which is a massage bar that rubs the muscles while showering.
Need to buy something for the special person in your life? Go to Lush. Grab one of the pre-​wrapped boxes full of deliciousness and you’re done. No more has to be done. They even wrapped the box for you ahead of time!
Currently they are trying to help stop shark fin hunting and have a special soap with all proceeds going to this cause.
The only cons for me at Lush: Not a fan of their make up nor Flying Fox, a bad smelling shower gel.

If you’re looking to pamper yourself in the tub, this is the place to get those supplies. They stock bubble soap, foot scrubs, yummy smelling lotions and other amazing items. I personally loved the Stepping Stone Foot Scrub which smells delicious, isn’t too strong, and leaves your feet happy. The staff takes their time answering your questions and had pretty good suggestions on what was best to fit my needs.
Highly Recommended!

The staff at this location always tends to be very sweet and helpful which takes the sting off of the price tags a little bit.

I’ve now tried all the products I originally purchased, and have also made a handful of other stops to purchase MANY other items. I have loved nearly everything I bought! There is an option to return an item if you’re not thrilled with it, however, I’ve chosen to keep them and just use them (and perhaps grow to love them).
The face cleansers and masks have transformed my skin! I wish the moisturizers were much more intense and saturating in hydration. Any samples I received, my skin dried out within 10 minutes and the scents are not consistent with the rest of their products. Anti-​scent of Lush moisturizers, yuck.
Products I adore: Turkish Delight, Olive Branch, Buffy Bar, bath creamers, Ultrabland cleanser, Let the Good Times Roll cleanser, Ocean Salt, Enchanted Eye Cream, Love Lettuce face mask, Bubblegum lip scrub
***Massage Bar warning — definitely do not leave them unattended in any heated environment. Despite being wrapped up, my brand new bar fully melted while in the trunk of the car, oozed out of its packaging, and saturated my overnight bag, clothing, etc. I had to throw away my thongs and put clothes, duffel, running shoes, into the washer several times. Used febreze, foot deodorizer, baking soda… the wicked smell of the bar is still in everything at full strength. My boyfriend tried a blend of Sunlight detergent and Oxiclean and after several loads, he said the scent vanished. I hope I can still save my running shoes, as they are brand new!

Love their shampoo soap bars, so great — last a long time and really makes a huge difference in my hair (and other friends that i’ve recommended)! Plus, there are tuns for all hair styles and goals you’re looking to achieve.
Can never go wrong with a home-​made mask or soap by Lush. Recently tried their Dark Angel and highly recommend it!
PLUS — no animal testing, what a huge bonus!

I have extremely sensitive skin. The kind that gets dreaded candida overgrowth with products that have too many chemicals and unnatural fragrances in them, so for me, LUSH is paradise.
Yesterday I was in here and was helped out by an amazing woman named Amanda, who helped me pick out the perfect lavender bubble bath bomb for my sniffly man at home. She was helpful, polite, personable, and even got me excited to join them with #signoflove and take a picture (now on my facebook AND tumblr pages, thankyouverymuch).
The reason I give this 3 stars, is because the company keeps discontinuing products that I absolutely love, like their massage bar that smells like honey and chocolate. I am not exaggerating when I say that my household has purchased at least one of these bars every month for an untold amount of time. I hope my outright devestation and dissatisfaction help to pursuade them to bring it back, or at least provide me with the recipe so I can make it myself at home, because I would. I love it that much.

You can’t go wrong w/​this location whenever you’re on Robson; still like the bigger, brighter Metrotown store.
Knowledgeable, friendly staff who you can tell aren’t on high-​pressure sales like some retailers can be.
Though I was upsold to a primer for a hair colouring, so before applying the black dye, to use the red to even out the terrible whites i have lol. Does make sense, if this step prolongs the black longer.
Always feels good buying stuff here since it’s organic.

I love things home made and natural, however, I find that although this stuff is pretty and smells good, I don’t find it worth taking home at the cost of certain items. They’ve discontinued some of my favorite items and haven’t had a reason to come back no matter how hard the sales associate tries to sell me on something. They have a powder that smells like candy which is to die for. I get this every X-​mas as a holiday treat for myself. Customer service at this location is friendly. I can only stay in the store for a short time as the overwhelming smell gives me a headache. They’re generous with their free samples. I have to get free samples before buying ’cause I have extremely sensitive skin and 9 out of 10 times if it works, I end up buying it.

I love shopping at this location because the staff are so friendly! I always leave with a smile on my face, though I have to admit sometimes I have to be a little forceful about coming in to get ONLY what I intended (otherwise their up-​selling makes me spend far more than anticipated).
I like Lush products because they’re vegan friendly and don’t test on animals, and they make baths feel luxurious. I’d shop there more often, but I feel like some of the products are a little expensive. While some are good for several uses, sometimes it’s more of a hassle to use them that way because storing them can get a little gross.

It is the sexiest aphrodisiac I have ever smelled. Whoever said cinnamon buns were tops needs to get a whiff of this. Where did I first smell it? At a fetish club, on a topless lady in a tutu. I gently whispered into her ear, «what is that perfume you are wearing?» She grabbed my hand and rubbed it across her chest to mark me with the smell that had lured me into her, and then she danced away into the night.
I stood there, my hand held against my face dreaming of touching her again, holding her soft mostly naked body next to me and drinking in her sensuality.
It’s called Lust, and I have it.

I love their stuff. They smell wonderful and it’s pretty amazing. I do get overly stimulated whenever I step into the store or when I pass it but it’s all good. They smell so good I don’t care.
And I usually get amazing service whenever I am there. The other day, I went in with my sister who was looking for body butter and one of the sales associate showed us their different lines and we got to sample them.
So far I’ve only tried their bath bombs and massage bar but they smell fabulous. With the bath bombs, I only use half of it each time I take a bath.
They aren’t cheap though but if you want to get products that are made ethically then this store is for you.
