Swarovski

I very rarely give a five star rating. This location earned it. Upon walking in I immediately felt welcomed. Even though the sales clerks were with other customers, they took the time to greet and welcome me.
This location is smaller than the other stores, however the sparkle in this store rivals all others!
I was given a beautiful Swarovski necklace and earrings set for Christmas. The length of the necklace was shorter than I normally like to wear my necklaces. The sales clerk that helped me was so nice about it. She went the extra mile to help me lengthen the necklace. Most importantly, she made sure I was happy with the new length. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.
Excellent customer service hands down!
