Gwen Gnazdowsky is a success coach and facilitator who has been helping people achieve their personal, professional and relationship goals One Conversation at a time for over 25 years. Gwen is a certified life skills coach through Grant McEwan University.

Gwen founded One Conversation Coaching in 1995, which includes working with a diverse client base towards self-discovery, new perspectives and skill development that includes goal setting, communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills. Gwen’s coaching style is unique in that she is willing to go beyond the ‘here and now’ into people’s past, even into childhood, (if they are comfortable doing so), as that is where most core issues, fears, obstacles and limiting beliefs originated. She works with individuals, couples, families, teams, and businesses

Gwen founded One Conversation Coaching in 1995, which includes working with a diverse client base towards self-discovery, new perspectives and skill development that includes goal setting, communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
Gwen’s background is in social work and life skills coaching with people in crisis, youth at risk, young and adult offenders adn their families. She holds a diploma in social services from Mount Royal College (Calgary) and is a Certified Life Skills Coach through Grant MacEwan University (Edmonton) with 17 years experience working in both the criminal justice system and social services.
