The dry cleaning was good but there’s no transparency in pricing. It seems you’re always being charged extra for one reason or another. And if you don’t specify that you want your shirts laundered they’ll dry clean everything. I really got annoyed with this and stopped going there despite how convenient the location is for me.

13 shirts and 1 pair of pants, all turned out perfect. I live in Howe and Davie and can’t believe I crossed the bridge for a decent dry cleaner before. This place is great. Not sure why people say it’s expensive here. I found it well in line with the market price.

This place is a disgrace. The ladies working there are friendly but that doesn’t help to get over the fact that I now twice tried to bring in stuff here and got told ‘oh it will be 5 days till you get your shirts back’. Keep in mind this is the middle of the week and they charge a good amount of $ for their services. They reason it with the cleaning being done off-site. Of course it is. So what? Other places have the same situation going on and I have it back latest 2 days later. In five days I fly to Italy and back getting a new shirt. Screw this! A total fail for a basic service. Repeatedly. This was the last visit I paid to this place, needless to say I did not drop off the dry clean with such a wait time. –s

I absolutely love this place! I find the prices to be fair for what they do, and they are really fast whether it’s for drycleaning or alterations. The lady that works there is SONICE and reminds me of my sweet grandma. I am happy to give that place my business, that’s for sure. As for results, they have done a great job every time and I have no complaints. Highly recommended!

This is my local drycleaners, run by two older ladies. I think they are a bit expensive, I never get an itemized bill, but three items usually works out to a little under $ 25 which is significantly more than I remember paying in San Francisco, but hey, it’s Yaletown & they are paying rent too. They’ve also sewed the buttons of my winter coat back on for free a couple of times and do an excellent job at hemming pants. My clothes have always come back in perfect condition, what else is there to say about a drycleaners? I only wish their cleaned clothes were delivered an hour earlier, they take their delivery after I’ve passed by on my way home from work.
