I dropped off and picked up my prescription here. order completed quickly, female clerk was polite. I was surprised how expensive the lotriderm lotion I bought was. called my wife immediately just outdide the store, and she said it was covered on her plan. $ 35 for me.$ 4.50 for her. As my plan did not cover this. I walked back in to Pharmasave 30 seconds after buying this and asked to return it. Clerk I talked to asked a pharmasist if it was ok. She {Hilda} said «no sorry. not after it left the store». Box was still sealed, Tube was not opened. receipt was 2 minutes old!.. Bad policy. there should have been some flexability here. She said sorry can’t help you and turned her back to me and walked away. I said to the clerk,“thats horrible customer service”.She whispered «sorry», and I said. it’s not your fault. Hilda was terse and dissmissive. I will not be back. Phoned to speak to manager after leaving the store again, and another clerk said he would relay my details and have the manager sall me. got home checked messages. Manager did not return my call. Hilda did asking me to call store. no apology… no time for the likes of her. Cheaper places around to fill my prescription without the attitude.
