Disgusting! It is the WORST ever Luke warm pizza delivered to my door step. It arrived late, and it’s dry, greasy, and lack of toppings. I ordered a stuffed crust Hawaiian, and I counted only 2 pathetic pieces of mummified ham on it. Seriously, if people don’t like their job in the food industry, please don’t let your customers suffer too. Thanks for ruining my Friday night dinner.

Several bad delivery order experiences from here. Burnt food, pizza missing toppings on large sections, incorrect items delivered, the list goes on. When you call to complain they argue with you and try to barter about your compensation. Food quality is bad, customer service is even worse. Stay away!

Like others have said, this particular location of Pizza Hut is worse than normal. The owners are very cheap and routinely skimp out on toppings, sauce and cheese — resulting in a pretty terrible pizza overall. Stay away.

Been here about 2 – 3 times for a lunch special. They have this deal usually on weekdays which cost $ 3.99(that includes drink and you can order without a drink). I like how they make it fresh, but the dough is quite thick and their pizza is oily. Their pizza tastes okay. Ask for pepper flakes if you like spicy pizza.

I’ve ordered from here before with no problems. However; I just tried to order from them and some middle-eastern guy picks up and says they can’t accept orders because of «technical difficulties». So then I asked him if he knew of any other nearby Pizza Hut locations, and he says«I don’t know, figure it out yourself» and he hung up the phone. What in the fuck? I then tried to order from the Kitselano location and some lady picked up the phone and rudely scolded me about calling there and asking if they deliver, as they«NEVER deliver» there. She told me that I had to call the Robson street location and order from them. She then accused me of lying to her about the Robson street location being closed due to the reason the other guy gave me. Pizza Hut can go fuck itself because a) they clearly don’t have their shit together, and b) they don’t seem to give a fuck about their customers. I’ll order from one of your competitors from now on, assholes. Thanks for nothing.

My girlfriend LOVES Pizza Hut. Me on the other hand, no thanks. Pizza Hut has such brand power that even your iPhone auto corrects it to be in capitals. Dominos? Not so much. I never order from Pizza Hut because of the bloated prices and they prove me right every single time I order from them. You essentially pay a $ 10 premium for the namesake alone, the dough is all this pizza has going for it and they know it. Pizzas have barely any ingredients on them, they seem arbitrarily counted and only x punt of mushrooms make it onto a Canadian style pizza. $ 29 dollars for a large pizza, Jesus man have mercy. I expect a little more when I pay this much, thank god I split it or I wouldn’t bother. I’m not too impressed with the delivery driver either. Who seems fit to open the pizza box right in front of you at the door with his more than likely dirty hands to show you that a dip is included. Talk about unwanted cross contamination. I never order from Pizza Hut, I feel that dominos(see no autocorrect there) has way better value for the dollar you spend. The ‘Hut are price gougers and I won’t be patronizing them again.

Just ordered from Robson St, Vancouver. Might just as well have had a used pizza box with scant cheese and micro shaved pepperoni. Not going to happen again.

I generally enjoy Pizza Hut but unfortunately I’ve noticed a decline in quality and service particularly at the Robson Street location. We ordered for delivery 2 mediums with 3 toppings each as well as some boneless wings. The wings were fine but the pizza was honestly some of the worst we’ve had. The crust was flat and tasteless, the pizza itself was dry with barely any sauce and the toppings themselves were cooked dry and almost non existent. On arrival it was lukewarm at best. This was my second time ordering and it has been consistently bad. I’m willing to forgive a lukewarm pizza but the combination of the rest simply wasn’t worth the money. If you’re a fan of Pizza Hut I’d recommend skipping the Robson location.

PIZZAMONSTER It’s not often I crave Pizza Hut, but when I do I love the fact that this Pizza Hut delivers it piping hot, fresh and ooey gooey good with lots of sauce, cheese and toppings. It’s a gift I give myself when I want something totally bad and totally delicious. About two weeks ago I felt like a gooey good totally bad for me pizza. To my surprise it didn’t come in 20 minutes, but more like 45. When I opened the box, I was horrified. Dry, luke warm and paltry cheese, sauce and toppings. WTF? Did someone from megabite pizza rob the delivery guy, steal the Pizza Hut pizza and replace it with this P.O.S? I called Pizza Hut after two bites. The lady apologized and offered me a credit. Last night I ordered a 1 large coupon special Pizza«all dressed». The fellow at Pizza Hut said, no problem sir the pizza is on us. WHA??? The other pizza I ordered was only a medium… The pizza came in 15 minutes and was FREAKINGAWESOME. These guys made a bad situation great. Give them a call for a yummy pizza. g

Everyone knows that Pizza Hut is one of the tastiest pizzas out there, and definitely one of the most artery-clogging. As this location is on Robson, parking sucks. Turns out they have these new Tuscan pasta dishes. Kinda like lasagna, but definitely more ghetto as it’s just plain spiral pasta with a gooey layer of cheese and tomato on top. Tasty for sure, but chock full of regular calories. And of course, their pizzas never fail to deliver. Always a good time.

Pizza is cheap and passable. It’s still a chain and the staff here are nice. Other than that, if you live downtown, order from Bella.

all time classic pizza joint. we grew up on this when our parents did order out its the greasy pan pizza crust that makes you coming back for more you can’t go wrong with their classics. the lovers’ line. supreme lovers’ which is the in between of the meat lovers and veggie lovers they are definitely pricey and i hate that you can’t do ‘subs’ for free on pizza. i hate mushrooms(which just happen to be on like 70% of all pizzas) but you can’t just change that to say olives or tomatoes. they charge ya for the extra topping even though you just wanna replace one one good deal which led to ‘pizza wednesdays’ at work. Mon-Wed they have a lunch special. personal pan pizzas for $ 2.99 at lunch time. pretty good deal since they are usual $ 5 – 6 each another good thing they used to have and prolly still do is their lunch buffet at certain locations. i remember when it used to be like $ 7 and it was AYCE pizza pizza pizza. they would walk around with different pizzas and serve you at your table. they also had a buffet station with salad, pasta, and dessert pizza. those were some good times and such a great deal! you have to look for the locations that have a full dining room and this deal is usually only Mon-Fri during 11−1pm i think unless thats changed.

I was once a fan of Pizza Hut, in fact the edge pizza was my fave. Now you have to work 2 jobs to afford Pizza Hut. No kidding. I ordered one and with delivery and all it ended up like 30 $. Hi-ya-ya. Not so much. There pizza is guaranteed to always taste the same but they have definitely fell down a notch or two on the pizza ladder. There panzerotti are good; haven’t tried the new pastas yet, i’m a little scared. I expect to be disappointed and it will cost me for that feeling. So all in all I feel Pizza Hut just isn’t what it is anymore. I will have it the odd time, like once in a blue moon but there are so many better pizzas out there.
