Great flatbread pizza, nice ambience, family friendly and great for a quick bite or sit down meal. Service is very friendly.

Friendly and great value family meals. They do get overly busy at times and the service as expected drops in quality. Overall though highly recommended.

Came here for my cousin birthday party and everyone had an amazing experience! Casual atmosphere and great spot to relax if you’re in the area.
I can’t comment too much about their food as we had the chance to head to the back to make our own pizza/​flatbread which was a fabulous experience ($ 25/​person plus 18% gratuity). However, they provided us with appy’s which were delicious with the various dips. The servers were energetic and definitely made it a great experience being there! I would recommend this place if you’re with a smaller or larger group!

came here after winning an instagram contest from them awhile back and it was delicious!
we also got the antipasto and being a nice assortment of meats, cheeses and olives. unfortunately, i do not enjoy olives at all but the pita bread with the others was a great start to a great mean.
with thin crust, fresh out of the oven the pizza we ordered (pesto shrimp and ham and asparagus) were both very hot and tasty. they didn’t have much shrimp on the shrimp pizza but it was very tasty and not too oily. the bottom was nice and crisp for both of them but the ham and asparagus known as an artisan pizza was almost like a cracker! it was delicious and i loved both of them.

The sun dried tomato flat bread is really good, its baked by wood stone stove which the bread is tasted with wood flavour. It’ll be even great if more goat cheese flavour :) the fig and Brie pizza is tasty and sweet, I would prefer adding tobasco and spice. I would definitely come again

Unique range of pizzas, all fresh tasting… The gluten free crust is a bit dry, not as enjoyable as others I’ve had but that’s my fault for trying to be fancy…
The Parma with pineapples really was unique, as was the fig and blue cheese pie. Sizes on the medium are still small for the price but filling.
Very basic 3-​Star place in my opinion… Value versus quality, neither beat the other.

Must enjoy kids.
The food overall is good but I can’t handle dining in. It gets far too loud in there for my taste. Order takeaway and go across the street for your bottle of VQA.

The food here is amazing. I’m gluten and dairy free and they were very accommodating, plus it didn’t taste like cardboard! My boyfriend had the regular flatbread pizza so we can vouch for the not GF folks as well. The service was absolutely fine. It was a bit noisy as one half of the restaurant was a kids birthday party but that didn’t really bother us. The bill was a tad steep for 2 people, but completely worth it from the view of my GF pizza eating self.

REALLY fresh bruschetta, delicious flatbread pizza & their brownie dessert is AMAZING!

Remembered their pizza being really good. Got a delivery which costs $ 6.95 plus tip, ouch!!! When the delivery arrived, I thought that the order had been mixed up, and that I was sent a small instead of a regular size. Got the gluten-​free at $ 4 extra totaling $ 21 for a 9-​inch wide pizza. With tax $ 29 plus tip for a tiny pizza.
Was the pizza worth that or was it even a fairly yummy pizza? No. Pizza was kinda dry, crust was very hard like burnt a little. Taste just so-​so.
I love that they use organic ingredients. Organic is very important to me. Taste and not being stingy with the ingredients is very important also. I will never try them again.
That they use a company in Toronto to deliver their pizza shows that they don’t care about their delivery customers. Most pizza is delivered free, which hopefully frees up more tip money for the delivery drivers.

Pizza was decent, service was horrible… kids play section is a joke — dirty and next to the bathrooms???
Would never visit again. If this is vancouver’s idea of a kid friendly place… its really sad

After reading ALL the reviews i was extremely disappointed in the quality of food and the premium that was charged for it. I’ll never eat there again or recommend any one with standards steer well clear.

Nice place close to the beach. We ordered pesto flatbread with hummus as an appetizer which was really good. I got the «Naturally Meaty» pizza which was pretty good. Price was $ 57 for 3 people, and small pizzas were $ 10.95 and were easily enough for a person. The iced tea I got was quite bland — it tasted a lot like iced TEA, rather than iced tea. Maybe my fault however. Our server was very friendly and even recommended the nearby Rain or Shine place for dessert. Good, friendly atmosphere with good food.

These guys sure know their pizza. We sampled a good chunk of their menu, and everything was delish!
We started off with their cold wild salmon flatbread as an appy, as it was a great way to start our meal!
We had their genoa salami, and shrimp pesto pizza, and both were fantastic! Rich flavours, and lovely flatbread!
They also make surprisingly good pasta, ask for their pasta of the day!
Wash it all down with a refreshing, house made iced tea or lemonade!
Don’t skip the dessert! The hot fudge brownie is too yummy!
Holly our server, was accommodating, and super friendly! Bonus points for being family friendly — they even have a play area for the kids!
And all you gluten sensitive peeps out there — fear not, you won’t miss out! They have gluten free dough too!

Rocky Mountain Flatbread Company recently invited us to spend an afternoon over pizza on their Kitsilano patio. No one ever said no to pizza. They also have another location located on 4186 Main Street. Vancouver weather has been quite warm recently and forecast says we are in for a hot one this summer. Aside from all the environment concerns, I am quite excited to spend as much time outdoors on the patio or biking (indoors and out)!

Suzanne Fielden, Owner showed us how they are reducing their Carbon Footprint. At the back of the restaurant, there is a greenhouse composting system developed by Urban Stream. This onsite worm composter quickly breaks down organic waste like food scraps into a valuable soil amendment.
Rocky Mountain Flatbread Company uses to grow their own arugulas, basils, and other seasonal vegetables. This was pretty cool. Similar structure like this may be rare in Vancouver as they literally had to jump thru hoops to get this one approved. Also, they have a team of educators that work with students teaching them to grow their own food and create seasonal healthy snacks. It is always heartwarming to see restaurants Pay It Forward.
WEST COAST SALMON FLATBREAD 10.95: Extra thin crust, brushed with roasted garlic spread, sprinkled with Quebec mozzarella cheese, shaved onions & capers. Baked in our artisan oven, topped with wild smoked salmon, lemon horseradish drizzle & fresh chives.
FIG & GOAT’S CHEESE SALAD 9.50 reg | 13.50 large: Assorted organic leaves, crunchy cucumbers, ripe tomatoes, shaved red onions & mixed with goat’s cheese in a creamy sundried black mission fig dressing. I’m not typically a fan of goat cheese, but this salad is pretty awesome. The goat cheese isn’t overpowering.
FRESH BASIL AND BLACKBERRY SALAD 8.50 reg | 12.50 large: Fresh organic green leaves, brown mushrooms, mango & roasted red bell peppers tossed in a basil & blackberry dressing.
PARMA 9.95 small | 14.50 reg | 23.50 large: Organic tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, Schinken speck (cured ham), brown mushrooms & mango. Topped with roughly chopped arugula & parmesan cheese.
DAILY CHEESECAKE: Orange and coconut that is gluten free. This summer pie tastes like a cremsicle!
WARM DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE: One of Rocky Mountain Flatbread’s signature dessert. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Their signature pizza: the all beef pepperoni is amazing, with its red onions and roma tomatoes. Plus you really have to upgrade to their phenomenal garlic dip sauce, every bite is heavenly.
Lot bigger location than the Main st, I actually prefer this location more for sit-​in.

Although I’m not all about just ‘healthy eating’, it doesn’t hurt knowing the food you are consuming happens to be fresh, organic, local and non-​GMO! You can really tell the food is fresh when you eat here. My favourites are the Genoa Salami and Hot Calabrese pizzas — but if you happen to have that gene that makes you dislike cilantro/​coriander, do tell the server you would rather have just basil as a topping as their ‘fresh herbs’ has it mixed in! I’ve also tried the fresh pastas a few times and have never been disappointed — plus they are pretty large portions, great for leftover lunch!
Generally my husband and I share a large salad — favourite being the the Fig and Goat cheese salad — then share a regular sized pizza. More than enough food for two adults and sometimes I will even manage to squeeze in their AMAZING double chocolate brownie that comes with vanilla ice cream!!! It truly is to die for! (side story: on a double date there and friend’s husband claimed he didn’t care for chocolate… then had one bite of the dessert… then proceeded to devour all of it! We had to get another brownie! lol)
Would put out the caveat that if you’re looking for a romantic spot, go a little later in the evening as this place is definitely ‘family friendly’. I have seen the place packed with kids — which is great if you’re bringing some too! It’s pretty cute seeing the little ones pretend to cook in their ‘play kitchen’ but it can be a bit noisy! Apparently they have ‘pizza making’ nights there too!
p. s. Not a beer drinker myself, but my husband wanted me to mention that they actually have ‘REAL’ pints here and not just ‘sleeves’ (happens to be a bone of contention for him)! They seem to have rotating local craft beers on tap — great for trying the local stuff!
Update: Just tried their ‘flatbread special’ this week (which changes weekly apparently) with organic flank steak and some kind of lime aioli base and other stuff — SUPER different and REALLY good! Since they do change this ‘special’ regularly, this seems a great option for trying creative new pizzas!

Having friendly, helpful staff really helps a lot. A LOT.
This is a kid friendly place, so you can expect very young kids literally crawling about in the somewhat open space just before you get to the washrooms.
Pizza-​Making Party was rather disappointing. You basically assemble a 10″ pizza yourself using ingredients made available to you. You don’t actually learn anything. If you go in thinking it will be some sort of pizza cooking class, you will be disappointed. $ 25 per person plus mandatory 18% gratuity, and same price whether you are gluten-​free or not.
