My family has been booking with
Travel for many years now. Until now we had no complaints whatsoever with the customer service. However, recently there was a mix up and when trying to deal with the issue the travel specialist, Charity, was condescending and unprofessional when dealing with our concerns. Thankfully, the Managers were able to helpful, professional, and accommodating. We will continue using this company but will not be using the same sales representative.

I only book vacations through these guys.
They always have the best prices. Their website rocks and is simple to use. If you book on-​line and have an issue after the fact it is so easy to call and get it dealt with. They are Vancouver based (south side of Cambie Street bridge; right beside the Police Station).
What I also love about their site are the reviews of the different resorts. There is such a good selection of up to date comments and opinions that you can feel pretty good about your decision.
The price on the website is the same as the one the agent will quote you when you go in, unlike some places that up the prices if you want to talk to a human being. Speaking of agents… the friendliest. Never had a problem. I recommend Viola though. She’s great and helped my husband and I book our wedding in Cuba 6 years ago.
