Wouldn’t recommend this location at all — rude staff and they tried to overcharge me. Probably one of my worst experiences at subway ever.

For me it’s a good pit stop if i need to get away from the DT business yet can still get back in to see clients. plus there’s free parking on Quebec as well as the sides. But wouldn’t recommend walking here too late alone ;(

This is probably the last time I will bother to eat at this subway location. I don’t really care that you only had 3 types of bread, or that the vegetables looked kind of foul, or that only one of you could be bothered to work the counter. The actual defining reason I am not coming back is because your bathroom has been«out of order» for over a year. The broken down washroom was not an issue of bladder control or a compulsion for drug abuse as you assumed. I had just finished a particularly messy job and my hands were filthy with dust and debris. So I had asked politely to wash my hands somewhere before I ate a sandwich, WITHMYHANDS. Not only did the staff tell me there was no way I could use the washroom, but that I should clean my hands in the fucking mop room. So, a little bit peeved, I shrug and check out the mop room. There’s no soap, anywhere. Now I’m absolutely furious. Not only did you refuse to let me use your washroom, but now I have to go kitty corner to the fucking Ivanhoe to wash my hands in their bathroom instead. I was pretty sure I wasn’t going to come back, but looking at their new kitchen menu I wasn’t too stoked either. So I come back in and quickly order my sandwich. After you’ve prepared and made it, I mention that it’s really rude to tell people to wash their hands in a mop sink without soap. The employee I talked to gives me a disgusted, furious glare and then storms around the corner, out of view, without saying a word. I hate writing these spite reviews because they’re often about a single occurence with a single staff member. However the washroom has not been«in service» here for as long as I can remember. At least let your patrons wash their fucking hands if they need them to eat your sandwiches. I promise the neighborhood won’t steal your dollar worth of liquid soap!

Exceptionally stingy with their portions. Manager was very rude when I mentioned this to him.
