Originally an R.A.D/Cecchetti ballet teacher, Leah followed an active lifestyle as a dance performer, gym junkie and runner. Then after some injuries, ageing and arthritis she turned to massage and yoga in desperation. It quite literally saved her so she took a C.I.B.T.A.C. body therapy course in the U. K and several components of Reiki, Shiatsu, Reflexology and Acupressure there and in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
This combined with an NLP style/meditative thought flow is the basis of her sessions. And approach to life.
