I agree I have nothing nice to say about this company. Their customer service sucks, they provide conflicting information from one online phone rep to another. I gave up phoning and went to an actual telus owned store and was told they can’t deal with corporate clients in store I have to go online. I still haven’t got any resolution. I have never been so frustrated their treatment and service is quite traumatizing. I really miss the old BC it was such a good phone company. Telus is NOT.

This review pertains to Telus Refund and Customer Service We had kept an account for under $ 7 per month to keep our Telus email alive for business purpose for over 10 years. About 2 years ago, we mistakenly paid over $ 6,100 instead of the $ 6.00 plus for the bill. They refuse to refund the amount since the payment was a mistake for our part. We were told by customer service when we cancel our account, we will get the $ 6,100+ credit back. We finally cancelled the account in September, 2014. We were told by Customer Service that we will have to wait 4 months for the notice to stop coming, which is unreasonable to think a big business will lead you on that long and we had to call again in Month 6 after cancellation and we were finally sent a cheque.
