The only reason why this gets a high rating from me from someone who is hot and cold about cell phones is ’cause I have a relative that is staying for 6 weeks here and she needs a cell phone. I was able to buy her a cell phone up front with some pay as you go minutes. Their plan was a lot more reasonable than some of their competitors for something very short term.

I’ve always received consistently friendly service here regardless of the reason I needed to go in. No longer with Koodo but that’s only because I got a better plan with another company. The staff here are certainly the best I’ve ever seen for any mobile phone company that I’ve dealt with and I’ve been with them all or have spoken to their staff at some point. Will certainly miss the exceptional service I’ve received at this location.
