The Sapphire is actually quite good. Position wise its close to the seawall in Coal Harbour. 5 minute walk takes you onto Robson St. Recent new additions, Rogue at the convention centre, Cactus club, Tap and Barrel, Prestons have added to the area. The units are well layed out and square footage is some of the least expensive for the area. Well run strata.

This is a nice building right near the marina and walking distance to Stanley Park. It’s a beautiful building and the apartments are very expensive to buy or rent. So it’s quite surprising that the place is full of thieves. First, some stools in the common area were stolen. The building’s management had its chance to put up cameras; they didn’t. They could have sent out a notice that this is a crime and has been reported to the police. They could have sought tips from residents. This all would have been a deterrent, and they did none of it. The building never replaced the stools. Then they finally put out pool sticks and balls for the pool table in the common area. We were very excited to see those. A week later, they were gone. I’m glad I’m renting. I’ll be outta here in a year. I would never want to own a condo in a building with thieves when management sits on their butts. By the way, the jacuzzi is nice. It’s built into the cement floor. So far, no one has stolen it.
