This year will see some promising and positive changes in cuisine and service at The Smoking Dog Bistro (SD) and it all begins in the kitchen. It is with great pleasure I welcome the experienced and highly talented Executive Chef Robbie Robinson to the ownership group of SD.
Gordon Ramsay was once quoted as saying ‘If you want to become a great chef, you have to work with great chefs…” and this is exactly what the resume of our new Chef brings to SD. Chef Robbie Robinson has had the privilege and honour to work for Gordon Ramsay at one of London’s top restaurants «Claridges» in the UK. He has also worked with some of Canada’s most seasoned and distinct chefs including Chef Michael Jacob of «Le Crocodile» and Chef David Hawksworth.
