The Tipper
The Tipper is the hands on approach of Colin Shandler and a collection of close friends and family.
Colin has worked in restaurants of all shapes and sizes, large chains and small independently run enterprises. Enjoying great food and the company of friends, his love of cooking grew from cooking large dinners for his friends and family.
After working for many years under the watchful gaze of omnipotent corporations, Colin decided to share his love of cooking and ideas for a positive dining experience, with all who enter the doors of The Tipper.
Knowing the people who cook your food, and serve your drinks is important, not only so you feel reassured of the quality of the service you are receiving but also to appreciate that we are happy to be here as well as you.
