I went here on a Thursday afternoon around 1:40PM to pick up a package I ordered online and the place wasn’t busy although it could’ve used a little cleaning up.
The lady (I assumed was the only employee for that day) who was already on the phone with another customer greeted me with a simple head nod; my interaction with her was okay because she seemed nice by saying hello and thank you.
The computer system seemed a bit slow since I had to wait over a minute or so for her to enter the information into the system and then enter my signature.
Overall it was a good experience with no rudeness or anything although I do agree with others that they could be a bit warmer acknowledging customers.

I unfortunately went here to print a sheet of paper. For $ 2.70, I got one black and white sheet on the cheapest paper I’ve ever seen. Avoid this store at all costs. Go to staples.
