All I wanted was 50 color copies on a one page document. I should have been in and out in 5 minutes. The place is an absolute mess. Packages everywhere and drawers hanging open. They were out of A4 printer paper and had to cut up some legal paper to make due. I waited over 20 minutes and had to leave without my copies. I will never go back and would not trust them to ship my package. Go to one of the other respectable UPS store chains.

Friendly staff & great customer service! Use them periodically, filipino-​operated, I was in there a few months ago using their fax services to Toronto. Took a long time to receive, but were patient with me, and provided cover letters for no charge.
Also gave me extra time to use the internet services, and the guy was pretty cool showing me how to download a doc before I had to print & fax.
Parking’s pretty tough here along this stretch of Fraser
