By far the grossest TH I’ve ever been in. All of the tables, bar, and chairs were filthy. Trash was strewn across, and spilled coffee as well as crumbs were on a number chairs. The staff was quite young and did not seem overly concerned about pretty much anything. The place wasn’t very busy, and there were at least three different staff members we saw. When I went to use the bathrooms, I discovered the woman’s was locked with a sign to ask staff. So I did. The young lady working said«Oh, yeah, that’s because we only keep the men’s washroom open.» Really… Okay, so I checked that one. It was locked as well. I went BACK to the counter, and a different girl said the same thing. I said«Yeah, I know. They’re BOTH locked.» She responded with«Oh, I have to ring you in.» And began to walk away. I asked after her, «So… Will you do that for me, then, please?» Young staff: «Oh, sure! No worries.» I wonder if she thought I was asking for my health… The bathroom, as I suspected, was disgusting. There wasn’t ANY normal lighting to be had; just a very dark blue light which made it very hard to see anything. Thankfully I had my phone, so I could use the flashlight. What I did see revealed that there wasn’t any toilet paper to be had, no toilet covers, and no paper towels. The garbage was overfilled. Gross. I had to drip dry. Places like this make me SO glad I carry hand sanitizer. Come on TH, you KNOW you’re a touristy destination. Clean up your act and train your staff!

In a little grungier neighborhood but you get the expected Tim’s quality! The service is a little slow, depending on the rush but I think overall it gets the job done. Not the cleanest but it’s understandable due to the surrounding neighborhood! I got my XL coffee and breakfast sandwich and sat down and ate in peace!

I was extremely disappointed with the service I got! The employee was friendly but poorly trained and unaware of what is offered! She insisted that 20 timbits were the only size they had for timbits when clearly there was a 50 one! Also I got less than 20 timbits in each of the two boxes of 20 I purchased!!! And it wasn’t even busy when I went! What a rip off?!! This is the first and last time I’m ever going to visit this location. PLEASETRAINYOUREMPLOYEES!

One of the sketchier locations downtown. Metered parking is available around here. Or you can try parking at Tinseltown and sneaking over without getting towed. There are some pretty crazy characters around this part of town — some customers mumble to themselves and smell pretty funky. Try not to get cut. The donut selection is half decent, but there seems to be fewer flavours than some of the other locations. Maybe I just came on a bad day. The coffee felt good.

Service was good and fast but the food wasn’t so great. The donut I had wasn’t fresh and my friends panini and soup tasted weird. the soup tasted water downed and the panini barely had chicken in it. The only good thing is that this place stays open late. But I would have to seriously be starving in the middle of the night to come eat here again.

Sweetest donut I’ve ever had: Canadian Maple. Service was quick and efficient.

Frappacino… check. Sour cream glazed… check. Slip briefly into Heaven… check. On any normal day I would have given this 3 stars but the one and only time I came here was after a concert. Even with the herd of people this Timmy’s was still clean and the staff were chipper. Kudos to you all :)

I had never had Tim Horton’s before, but now I think I will enjoy it from time to time. I liked the looks of the coffee shop. The prices were very reasonable and the egg salad I ate was okay. The regular coffee with sugar tasted good, but wasn’t anything special. I really didn’t like rolling up the cup rim to see I didn’t win anything. Is a peel off on the side of the cup really that hard and expensive? Just seemed messy and difficult to me. But as always, Have Fun!!!

I love to grab some quick bites from Tim’s at this location because it’s clean and the staff are quite friendly. You gotta love the prices too. My order of TImbits was $ 1.99 and my small ice capp was also less than $ 2. Can’t beat that for lunch or snack.
