Excellent service, that you won’t find at big department stores. The price is well worth the personable experience that you will receive along with high quality locally made designer wear. Only a limited selection is made for some sizes, so ensure you shop early during new seasons and grab great deals at the end of the season. They often have sales from previous season.

I find clothes from this charming boutique are best value for your money! I have purchased a number of dresses and tops from here and these clothes have kept in great shape after many wears and washes. I highly recommend buying clothes made by CiCi label. The quality stands the test of time, not to mention this label’s classic design will not go out of style for many seasons. The staff is very attentive and the store is always kept tidy and clean. A great shopping experience for me every time I visit this store.

12 months later and my love affair with this little shop stands.
Last week, I was walking the Make It Festival when the infamous Karen jumped into the aisle in front of me. Not only did she remember me (i’ve bumped into her a few times at the shop, but not more then a handful) but she was still the incredibly energetic, totally genuine ball of sunshine that made me RUN home to pen that first review back in January.
And so, as a tip of the hat to my top service ninja of the year, I thought it be best to share some new findings at Two of Hearts:
1. Karen has a jewellery line that she sells at the shop! Go buy it and support local crafters and an all around rad person!
…I don’t remember the name, because I took a business card and had her write down the specifics on a few pieces. Such organization obviously means I will lose said card within 24 hours. I do however have a note that says:
«Sounds like the muppets song Mahna Mahna.»
Because i’m an adult.
So I will take that to the Twitterverse for further investigation. Stay tuned.
2. Hats! If you are looking for the most fabulous fall hat, go check out the Andre felt hats from Montréal. I debated over mine last January and it is singlehandedly my second favourite purchase of the year (it’s tough to compete with the Fiat…)
They are an excellent price (under $ 100), made in Canada and just classic, beautiful pieces. But if you buy the red one in the window before, I will get mad at you.
Bonus points: you can’t even find this line online for a better price. Tip of the hat 2ofH.
3. Bags! I have beat the s%&t out of my bag over the year — every day, dual laptop wielding and it has survived. Definitely looking a bit worse for wear, but it’s held up far better then I expected, considering the price point is so reasonable.
Right now, they have super awesome colours like hot pink mailbags & bright red clutches. It’s a rainbow money suck!
4. Still with the awesome people. Karen isn’t an anomaly here. Honest to gosh, i’ve had nothing but the most fabulous service every time i’ve gone in. Everyone who works here is all sugar & spice.
…I still have yet to find any actual clothing that fits me properly here… but I don’t care. Great accessories & fab people will keep this place as a go to.

I really wanted to love this store ’cause all the things were so cute, however, I am a size 9 — 10 and nothing in here fit properly. I am not fat, however, not skinny either. Don’t come in here if you want your self esteem diminished, however, come in here if you want to see some fashion work from some local designers. The tags that I did see were very reasonably priced. The lady at the til was very energetic and helpful despite my brood features both top to bottom.

I can appreciate that their items are made from sustainable fabrics, but the prices are a little on the high side. Maybe if I loved the styles more, I can justify it and perhaps if they had a sale. Then again, everyone has different styles since my friend just loved this store.
The sales person never once greeted me as well, but they seemed nice and could have been really busy. She worked with a smile on her face, I like that.

I was drawn into this little boutique for their sale (of course!) but stuck around because of their trendy chic clothes with cleaner lines that are perfect for the office.
After chatting it up with the owner, it turns out that she and a business partner run the store and design all the clothing lines in the store. What’s even better is that their clothes are made locally with their «factory» located right here in Vancouver! And considering that and the fact that they use sustainable fabrics, their prices are pretty decent — comparable to major brands that rely on overseas labor. If you’re on a budget, you have to check this place out when their merchandise goes on sale — 50% off! Unfortunately — for my wallet — I was attracted to one of their newer pieces.
I’m a bit on the small side and after modeling a shirt (and falling in love with it), the owner said they could take it in a bit for an extra 5 bucks. What a steal! They pretty much want to help out their customers in any way they can, so they try to keep their alteration prices low.

One of my favourite boutique store on Main Street. The clothes are well made from sustainable fabrics and the styles are trendy too. I bought two items from the sale rack. My friends remarked that it looked good on me. I heart Canadian made clothes.

Love this sweet little store! She’s got such a great selection of items and it’s all great quality. I got way too excited at the sale rack and tried 5 pairs of pants on that were way too big but I desperately hoped they were really small size 12s as they were all marked down from $ 125 to $ 20. None fit but I could tell that they were beautifully made. I would say their sizing is accurate too.
The accessories here are inspiring and fun. A great place to find gifts.

Awesome tree art; definitely trendy, boutique style clothing… much of it locally made. They had a few sustainably made items but not as much as I’d hoped.

I love this boutique! I’ve been here twice and they have the cutest clothes, jewelry and hand bags locally made of sustainable fabrics. The clothing designs are unique also, along with the print detail. They don’t all look good on everyone and it’s a small store so it can be hard to find what you’re looking for. But it’s totally worth a browse. If nothing else, you could probably find some cute accessories, as they too are quite unique. And unique pieces make for great conversation starters. I love this store!
The last time I went after a UYE and bought an adorable high waisted skirt for 50% that really flattered my behind!

Super cute boutique run by two Vancouver designers who make figure– hugging yet flattering clothes in sustainable fabrics. Subtle cowl necks, wraps and ruffly bits on the tops and dresses, with only the slightest tinge of tight, tight pants you may want to steer clear of in a fit of low self-​esteem. I especially like the pieces with subtle screen printed details. Feminine without being too girly, these organic cotton, soy and bamboo pieces are the ticket.
