Cory was amazing. Our decks looked great when he was finished. We have 2 north facing decks that looked terrible after 1 year (we are in a 1 year old building) Green and grubby — we don’t have a lot of coverage as we are on the top floor and there is limited overhang above us. Very professional and honest. Beyond fair in his pricing. I should also mention that we have some temperamental people on the floors below and he didn’t spill a drop to the decks below. No grouchy neighbours means peace of mind for me.

Cory was great, he was professional and thorough. Our balcony looks amazing and he made sure that nothing dripped on our very white carpet! It was a really great value for the cost and they were very efficient and hard working the whole time. I would highly recommend Zuke Balcony Cleaning to anyone.

My Balcony was absolutely horrendous! Pigeons had nested twice in one corner and I hadn’t even set foot out there for over 6 months while I had been arguing with my landlord over who’s responsibility it was to clean.
I found Zuke’s from a google search and I was so excited at the price I was quoted! I called and he was able to come as soon as I needed! He did an amazing job and now I even feel okay with going out there without any shoes on! My windows are all beautiful and clean too! Take that hard-​to-​deal-​with-​landlord!
I will use this company indefinitely and would recommend it to anyone!

My balcony has never looked better. Cory was quick, through, and courteous. He came prepared with all the equipment and tools needed, and was efficient in his work. My balcony was in a horrific state (birds nest, pigeon poop, leaves and twigs, etc). He scrubbed everything until it looked like new. Would not hesitate to recommend.
