Candyland Indoor Play Centre

It’s a cute looking place!
BUT there should be a limit to how many people can be crammed in there! It’s not safe! I felt completely claustrophobic! It was a Saturday evening, and I beg you all to avoid it at that time!
Trying to bet 2 small kids dressed to go home when everyone else leaving is like the the feeling of the end of the world! It’s maham-​scary!
It’s huge and cute looking, it’s fairly maintained, but super hectic and a bit too dark for my liking and compared to other places.

What a funny and crazy place. It’s like crack to kids. The minute they enter, they’re gone, only to see glimpses of them throughout their adventures.
It really makes for a perfect party spot — they take care of everything for you in terms of food, organization, cake, timing, etc. So worth it for kids having fun.

Being stuck inside with a toddler for multiple days in a row due to bad weather is enough to make me want to re-​enact scenes from «Misery» with a Mr. Potato Head.
We were looking for a place so that our young one could roam wild and free so we decided to check out Candyland. A bit of a drive from our High Park ‘hood but the 400N was pretty quiet on a Sunday morning.
Entry price was $ 9 per child, included entry of 2 free adults. We arrived about ½ hr after opening and stored our boots/​coats in the cubbies. Once inside, we were wowed by the large candy-​themed play structure. There is a small area for younger guys but our daughter wanted to join the big kids with the climbing and sliding.
Parents are allowed on the structure as well but I have the stature of a 12-​year old boy so no one asked any questions.
There is a nice seating area for snacks. We brought our own water and small snack but there is a counter that also sells food. Saw plenty of available high chairs for younger tots as well.
Washrooms are clean and bright. No potty training seats provided so you might want to BYO.
A fab place to bring the kids to vent out cold weather cabin fever. Mr. Potato Head got to keep both his arms, thanks to Candyland.

Fantastic place for kids to run and have fun! Safe and such wonderful staff that are very helpful. Perfect for birthday parties. The slides are fun and depending on how slippery your pants are, you really fly down them! Good for young children as well as kids up to 10 – 12.

Things I love about this place:
Large, open, ORGANIZED, set up foyer for shoes, coats, etc. One of the things I really dislike about taking of shoes during winter time is getting the socks wet from the snow on the floor. However, if you see the picture from another uploader, you can actually sit on the couch, take off the shoes, and turn yourself 360 on the couch so that your feet land directly on the off shoes section.
It’s got things for different age groups. From video games for the older ones to tall climbing structures for the older ones as well as smaller slides on the floor for the younger ones. It has basketball nets, and ball shooters, different types of ride ons, and VERY large slides.
I’ve been to 4 other indoor play centre and this one is the best one I’ve been to so far.
Price wise is also descent and I love that 1 and under is free with a paying child!
I also love that they have a lot of benches near the playing structures, so it is easy to watch your child and take some res at the same time!
They also put a small stool in the climbing structures toward the 3 coloured slides. Very thoughtful for the little ones!
Things I wish for improvement:
I wish there would be a basket for slippers available at the door to the washroom. Because again, we all know that washroom is often wet with either pee on the floor or water from the sink. Going to the washroom with little ones means you’re bound to step on some kind of pee, whether your own little one’s or other people’s. Who likes wet socks? Who likes pee on their socks?

Reasonably priced playground. Easily accessible from highway. Fairly typical indoor playground. High ceilings allow for some decent sized slides.
Remember to bring socks, not just for the kids but adults as well!
Good for parties but anyone can show up. They have food but it’s just junk food so feed your kid beforehand.

Priced well, adults are free (up to 2 per child), structures safe, very clean, can bring in your own food, adults are allowed on the play structure, separate enclosed space for 3 year olds and under, excellent.
