Specialties

The first Chili’s in Ontario opened on May 19, 2009 in Vaughan, ON, across from the Colossus Theatre at Highway 400 and Highway 7.

When the Chili’s Grill & Bar opened in 1975 in Dallas, Texas, customers knew it was «Like No Place Else.» Few knew, however, that their favourite restaurant was actually the beginning of a national phenomenon.

For over 35 years Chili’s has been welcoming guests with our sizzling personality and serving up a good time, every time with incredible appetizers and entrees, thirst-quenching drinks and decadent desserts. Along the way, we’ve fed a bunch of folks, hosted a ton of parties and had a lot of laughs.

Today, Chili’s has more than 1,500 restaurants in 31 countries around the world. A lot has changed since our early days in Dallas, Texas as a hamburger joint serving burgers in a basket and bowls of spicy «Texas Red Chili». But we’re still hungry to bring you the big, bold flavours of our original down-home, Southwestern-inspired brand. So you can

Business Owner

Tired of «working for the man» after a 20 year career in sales and executive management in the hi-tech and telco sectors, Heath decided to venture on his own and acquire the rights to bring Chili’s to Ontario. As the Master Franchisee for Ontario Heath has big plans to grow Chili’s into the dominant casual dining restaurant for Ontario the same way it is elsewhere around the world.
