So unprofessional. I made reservations on the phone and confirmed it with them 3 times and when I got there, they said they were booked and had no rooms. They have disappointed me 2 times. Not giving this place another chance. They don’t care about their customers.

I stayed here a night while in the area. The price was pretty reasonable but I was expensing it anyways so this didn’t really affect me much. While I have never stayed at Extended Stay brand hotels I have heard that they have a reputation for being very no frills so I must admit I was surprised when the room was clean and very up to date. The location isn’t great and without a car you will be stranded as there isn’t much within walking distance. Despite the rooms being recently renovated there were some issues. First off it was way too hot even after I adjusted the thermostat to a more reasonable temperature. The walls were also a little on the thin side and I was kept up by noisy neighbours. As Charles L. points out there was a serious lack of sockets for electronics which was kind of annoying. Wi fi is free but slow. That being said if you’re willing to pay you can upgrade to a faster connection. There is also a complimentary breakfast which is certainly a plus. It was simple in that it was items like toast, bagels, cereals, etc. This was fine for me. There is also a little food shop that sells snacks, microwave dinners, drinks, etc. It was overpriced but it’s like that in any hotel usually. Check in and check out both went pretty smoothly. Overall a decent option when you’re in Vaughan but maybe not the best one out there.

Stayed over on a business trip and the room was pretty nice. I had no issues checking in and no issues checking out. Price was reasonable because I used HotWire. I would stay here again. My complaint is about the breakfast. It only consisted of bread, bread, bread, and fruit.

Customer service is horrible the front desk guy was picking his nose and he showed us the wifi code and room number with his middle finger pointing at the code and last but not least no late check out not even for 1 hour unless paid extra for half a day WTF and when I told them how stay was when I was checking out to the other guy he laughed and said sorry… WOW it’s a joke

I have stayed here twice now. I as worried it was like the U S counterpart, but it is nothing like! The staff is very helpful and the rooms clean with comfortable beds. The first time I stayed I was in a suite and it was really roomy and nice. I understand that you ask for a Queen vs. a king to get one of these rooms. I used hotwire and got an outstanding rate both times The included food is good and they even offer something for dinner. They have a popcorn machine! The only down fall was the number of electrical sockets for gadgets
