Cellfix began in 2008 with a pledge from the owner to offer cell phone repair services to all of our customers in a fair and equitable manner. The Electronic repair industry has been plagued for years with operators using questionable business practices. It always seemed strange to us that people in any industry would disregard what I consider one of the fundamental rules of doing business. You have to do what you say you are going to do, period. This is a concept so simple that you would think that everyone would be doing it. Sadly, it seems there are few companies left that understand that. Reputation is everything! Saying we are going to do something means that we will do it! Doing it right is what business the old fashioned way is all about. Looking back at thousands of satisfied customers this policy has served us well. Tom has a degree in Electronics technology and has been involved in cellular phone repair since the 1990’s. His extensive factory training in cell phone repair, combined with years of first hand experience and testing knowledge, means there are few problems with your phone that he hasn’t solved before.
