Where do I start with this place… First of all the owner lady (she at least acted like the owner) treated us with a huge amount of disrespect and while I do understand her needing to reject my Xbox because of it not functioning correctly (which was the first case of this happening in its entire lifespan, plus it worked fine before and after our visit to the store) the way she rejected it was flat out rude. Not to mention the store’s «fair» pricing which is way off, just as example, a 160GB PS3 with one controller and no games for $ 170? You can get a brand new one for $ 200 with 500GB and a game included! This is just one example of the terrible pricing in this store. Would strongly discourage anyone from visiting.

I bought two consoles and at least one game here. The gentleman working at all the times I was there has been fantastic. He advised me of great deals and provided great service.
I’d rather trade and buy used games at Game Cycle than EB Games.
