worst online ordering experience. I ordered at 19:40 and received at 9:30. Plus, they missed one burger and had no solution about it.

Food is standard but don’t bother with the delivery service.
Placed an order online to arrive at 6:30 and the food didn’t come (cold) until 720. I took out my hangriness on the delivery guy by not tipping but I’m sure it was a kitchen issue. I had called before the food arrived and it didn’t seem like they actually didn’t make the order by the delivery time

Not really a bad place, but it is in major need of some management. Some of the staff are really polite, others couldn’t care less. The hours are bizarre — often I arrive and find notes on the door saying they couldn’t get enough staff to open that day. And at least half the time when I go there they are out of something — usually white chicken parts. Better to go to the other franchises.
