they take their customers for granted!!! the Lululemon backpack, injured my arm, from twisting it in a odd way to get my water bottle(from the side pockets). it is the back pack, that has a plaid looking design with a cool type of fabric. it is designed poorly, and when i went to resolutions(with a written doctors note documenting the issue) it was a dog and pony show. Extremely unprofessional, from Chelsea, to Gavin and then Sarah did not know what end is up. In addition, they avoided my calls, and they clearly did not take this seriously. With the new ceo t. aking over you would think he would have hired top notch teams, to represent the brand. Obviously not.. my arm is clearly in pain and all they wanted to do was to give me my money back??? Are they kidding?. i would love to hear if anyone else has the same issue. next i will let the new ceo know about the flaw in design as well as his joke of a team. Lululemon has gone way down in quality control! Mr. Potdevin, will be hearing from me… and then some…

Lulu may have lost some of the original spirit but they still are making the best yoga pants! They fit perfectly and holds everything in place. This store is a gem with super friendly and happy staff. I always feel at home when I go there!

Came in on a cruise at 6:30p and literally ran to this Lulu in hopes to purchase some crops. By the time I found the store they were closed. Such a bummer… the awesome girls working saw my extreme disappointment of not making it on time and let me come in real quick to make my purchase! Regardless of price these girls are FABULOUS and would definitely recommend everyone to visit this store with such wonderful and kind customer service!

Well I must say that if I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service I got today was horrible. I simply needed to exchange a pair of pants for a smaller size. I have the sales slip and told the girl I was speaking with I have worn them a few times. She said it should be fine as long as you got the sale slip and they are able to be re sold. Out of my only day off I went down there. Only to have her tell me she can’t do anything about the matter. She didnt even look them over. Then she suggested I see a tailor to put a draw string in. I was not impressed she has wasted my time to come all the way down there. She then even told me the girl that was helping me told her she tried to talk me into buying a smaller pair. BS No one helped me except into the change room. So now she is trying to make me look dumb in her own way. I was so angry I just left. All in all the customer service compared to the stores when I lived in Vancouver is horrible.

I have found all my lulu picks to be excellent quality. Their clothing lasts me for years and have found no other business in this category that can touch them. They are starting to bring in larger sizes, that was my main beef I am a 10 and now they have up to 12. I would like to see more of their reversible skirts and tops that are suited to dancing, items they sold in their sister store that is now a children’s store.

Lululemon, I have heard everything ranging from rave reviews about the quality and comfort of your clothes to bitter laments at your prices and how quickly the clothes wear out. But I can’t even decide for myself. Why? Because I’m a size 18, and none of your clothes fit me. You don’t carry plus sizes. Your entire business model, advertising and approach claims to be health-centric and aimed at the betterment of our physical, spiritual health as human beings. You are a FITNESS business, and yet with your sizing you ensure that you are alienating, excluding and neglecting the portion of the populace that might actually(arguably) need and benefit most from your products. And aside from being offensive and disappointing, that’s also incredibly short-sighted. I have money. I work out. I buy exercise clothes with some frequency. Just not from you. I hope to see this remedied, but I doubt it.
