My wife likes this place. it’s convenient because it’s close … but the staff there is going to have to learn a lot more about customer service before I’ll go back. Maybe I wasn’t dressed well enough, or maybe I didn’t explain that I was in a hurry as soon as I entered, but that’s no reason why the staff should ignore me to assist clients that arrived long after I did. Ignorance = bliss … and hopefully waaaay less business.
