Third visit I decided I like Marble Arch mostly because it’s a classic ‘60s diner, reminding me of childhood diner visits with the parents. Likely not much in the furnishings has changed since Marble Arch opened. And that’s the charm. .. . The breakfast and lunch fare is classic diner food cooked on a griddle. I’ve enjoyed both. Counter service is great for solo dining, to read the available newspapers or watch the family prepare and cook your meal. Talk with the regulars maybe. There is also Chinese food and fish and chips, take out or eat in. I’ve not had the fish and chips, but it gets take-out attention I notice. The Chinese food I had on one occasion was bland, just OK. Best bet is breakfast or lunch. Inexpensive and adequate serving sizes. Fries are fresh cut, fresh fried tasting. The Denver(or Western) sandwich and fries is my go to. I don’t recommend the gravy(no flavour, corn starchy). The mom and dad speak Cantonese, if you want to practice, and their son and daughter help out, if not doing homework. This is basic diner food, so don’t expect gourmet and you will be satisfied. .. . Courteous, friendly service. First come, first served line cooking generally. Note, cash only. No debit or credit.

Great, fresh quality Chinese cuisine in a clean, vintage diner. We’ll be back!
