This White Spot is located in Park Royal Village. Parking(mall parking) is plentiful. On our recent visit here, we got the Fish & Chips, and the Cheesesteak Hash. The F&C was tasty, and so was the cheesesteak hash. I liked the eggs + beef + peppers + hollandaise sauce mix, very flavourful. Service was average. The real deal breaker here though(& the reason for the 1-star review), is that BOTH me & my friend actually got sick a few hours after eating here(& not having eaten elsewhere all day up to the time of getting sick). As my friend usually doesn’t get sick from food, he wanted to get to the bottom of why he got sick. A quick check on the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority site led us to find that on the most recent inspection of this White Spot location, there were several«Not in Compliance» infractions on hygiene/cleanliness. I guess that solves the food poisoning mystery. Definitely won’t be coming back here again anytime soon.

Even though I found something gross in my BLT on my last visit, I decided to go once again because I really felt like Bacon and Waffles. My brother, mom, and I came in on a Wednesday. Not too busy, but there were a few groups there. We got seated after 10 minutes which was a booth in the back. We ordered: The Monty Mushroom Bigger Burger: which was a 8⁄10 for my mom. Wasn’t anything special, but she said she liked it. The Bacon and Waffles: 9⁄10 for me, it was good, but I think the bacon was over cooked because it was so crispy it would break apart. Waffles were nice. Milkshakes: Couldn’t make it right the first time because we ordered Chocolate milkshakes but out came vanilla ones. The shakes came after we ate which was a big inconvenience because we were already pretty full and we had to wait until we finished the shakes, which was 20 minutes. - Service horrendous. Couldn’t catch the waitress’s attention. She was very bored and didn’t have any energy. Bit rude. I don’t know what happened to White Spot, it used to be fantastic! But now it’s disappointing

This location serves the same fair as all the other locations, my waitress was awesome and friendly and of course the prices are well legendary. I can still get a legendary burger for $ 10. This location is a bit out of my way from home. I came here to meet up with some friends. They have done some interior work to match the other locations but they have some ways to go. Still a pleasant atmosphere none the less.

I personally have found White Spot(numerous locations) to have stepped up their game with quality of food and service… and really enjoy the facilities of some of their new locations as well

White spot is a good choice for brunch and I love it’s patio. The quality was good but the brunch menu was pretty limited. The staff was not friendly and they served something different from what we ordered and they didn’t accept their fault.

A slightly above average burger joint with some great cult classics in the menu. I’m a big fan if the zoo sticks(deep fried zucchini sticks) and the Double Double burger with the infamous White Spot secret Triple O sauce. The new Park Royal location is nice and more current. Good family spot or place for casual dining.
