I gave it one star because I love the clothes at this store. But the girls that worked in here were snobs. Never said hi to me, never asked if I was finding everything ok, etc… I bought a clearance top and the girl said, «you know this is a final sale item?» I said yes I do. She didn’t say thank you, didn’t say have a nice day. Just a miserable experience I was upset I even spent money in there. And it wasn’t me or anything I did that made them act this way. I smile at everyone, and I work in customer service myself so I give this a MAJOR thumbs down.

This is one of the worst Aritzia’s I’ve ever been to. I’d rather venture a bit down to the TNA store for friendlier service and better selection. Whenever I come into this Artizia, no one acknowledges me and there is such a snotty vibe. They always have the same clothes in there too, and it’s always a bunch of boring choices. I don’t even know why I bother with it so I’m officially banning myself.

I LOVE that there is an Aritzia in Whistler Village. I mean, the village shopping experience really would be incomplete without an Aritzia so I guess it’s expected for there to be one: P I give this location 4 stars mostly because of the size of the store… This is probably the SMALLEST Aritzia store in the company… I really do not think I’ve been to a smaller Aritzia… and trust me, I’ve been to a lot of Aritzia stores :) So obviously due to their lack of space, their selection is not THAT big. Of course they carry the core items such as blazers, winter coats, jeggings, etc but if you’re coming here to really indulge and go on a crazy Aritzia spree, it’s probably not the best place. But because it is a smaller store, it also offers the benefits of finding certain sizes not available in other locations or specific items that were sold out at other stores still available here. They definitely cater to the Whistler population and are stocked on winter jackets, Sorel and Ugg boots. Whether you are a tourist, traveler visiting Whistler Village or native Canadian, Aritzia is a MUST for any women who love shopping, fashionable yet casual and comfortable clothing. Although expensive, their quality is generally decent and nothing beats something that LOOKS good, FEELS good and is stylish :)
