Treated myself to the Peak to Feet experience two weeks ago — an 80-minute massage, followed by a 20-minute scalp massage with argan oil, and finished up by a 20-minute foot massage. Pure heaven. The staff was welcoming and gracious, and amazing Grace is a truly gifted massage therapist — strong and yet soothing, with intuitive hands. The massage was the perfect combination of a therapeutic massage mixed with relaxation. I was able to use the fitness center prior to my treatment, and the fitness center is well-outfitted, with all of the usual cardio and weight machines, and an abundance of foam rollers. All in all, a good deal, considering I spent about four hours there, with working out, using the spa facilities, getting my treatment, and resting in the relaxation lounge afterwards with hot tea and a delicious, generous cheese plate. Now that I’m back in the stress of regular life, I am regularly fantasizing about returning!

Attended the 4 Seasons in Whistler to experience their Spa. Booked a couple’s Sea-Sky 80 min. Yes, not cheap. But what unforgettable experience is?(Mountain climbers exempt). The spa is staffed by great 4S personnel and the lobby is rich tones of bamboo, wood, and indirect lighting with the pre-requisite souvenir and product shop in front. You proceed back to the locker room and here it begins to shine. A locker room that looks more like a private club. It actually smells nice in there. Immaculate spaces with individual digital lockers and showers. Everyone gets clean slippers and a robe. You don these and are welcome to the pre-relaxation room where Cucumber water is served and you await your assigned therapist. After 5 mins you are brought into a room. Ours was a couples room with 2 beds a private shower and technologically advance heated massage tables. I wholly recommend the Sea-Sky for the whole body experience and the back exfoliation. If you could bottle heaven… Well the therapists at the 4S have the sole distribution agreement for that elixir. The massages are out of this world. Afterwards you are welcome to continue relaxing in a post massage room where berry or green tea is served on a couch/chaise. You can also venture outside and try the outdoor heated pool, or number of whirlpools in the courtyard.(Don’t forget to don your swimsuit) Afterwards back to the locker room for a nice shower with some of the best wash and groom products at hand for your exclusive use. Robe, slippers are returned in a bin along with towels to be whisked away by the locker room attendants. Afterwards we had a drink at sidecut(lounge) and blissed out to acoustic guitar and neat vodka martinis. Yeah, we fancy.(Don’t forget to tip your therapist)

This spa is a hidden treasure. Certainly the most luxurious spa experience I ever had, and I have had quite a few. Great ambiance and exceptional service. Very reasonable off-season specials. The staff is well trained and very professional. I visited about 3 or 4 times last fall, and each time I felt I was treated with the utmost respect, care and attention to detail. The steam room inside the changing room is wonderful. Outside the pool and hot tubs are very pleasant. The facility is very well stocked with luxurious robes, towels, refreshing drinks, etc. I felt that the experiences was totally un-rushed and relaxing. The regular rates are up there, but the experience is worth every penny. I recommend this spa unreservedly.

MEH. I’ve been to some of the finest spas in the world and this one just kind of left me with the taste of mediocrity. There was nothing about this place that made it stand out from the crowd. Plus, NODRYSAUNA, only steam room. What architect/designer would create a Four Seasons Spa at a cold weather destination like Whistler and not include a steam room? Even my gym has both steam/sauna for heaven sakes! The staff was all very pleasant and the spa was clean and well stocked(this should always be the case, however I figured I’d give credit where due).
