I really hate it when I walk in pictures of what I really like and am told they are «junk» because they don’t have them in the store. I was told he could make what I wanted 99% but when I got there he just pushed the junk he already had and was trying to sell. Not impressed. If I am going to drop $$$ on something it will exactly what I want not what someone is trying to sell me on.
