Eddy’s Mediterranean Bistro is one of those rare finds in today’s style of restaurants. The rare sight of linen tablecloths and napkins is the first indication that you might be onto a great experience in dining. Host Eddy has taken care to create a welcoming atmosphere for the guests to his restaurant. All of the food is fresh– and tastes fresh, like you would make at home. Eddy brought us a sample of his Arabic style pizza-​Zaatar– in a word –delicious! The Lentil soup was spiced to perfection and served in a beautiful white bowl with fried pita bits & lemon. The chicken Tawook was marinated also to perfection –so tender and tasty. The Fattoush Salad also tasted very fresh with a hint of mint as well. Eddy brought over his special Baklava seved with a swirl of chocolate sauce to finish off the sweet honey base. This is a must try restaurant… you will not be disappointed.
