I’ve ordered cakes from this place and they’re delicious! I’ve had fruit cake, durian, and red bean. All were delicious and affordable. The cakes are not too sweet which is perfect for adults and little ones to eat. Also, they have other flavours like mango but I haven’t gotten a chance to try. The baker puts in a great amount of fruit so it’s authentic fruit that you’re eating in the cake. His other desserts are delicious too and I’d recommend the snow ball. The service is great, punctual and friendly.

As others have mentioned, it looks more like a plant or antique furniture store with a bakery on the side. Trust me, the plants and furniture are not for sale(even though they take up 2⁄3 of the retail space) Freshly baked goods — standard Chinese bakery items with reasonable pricing for Windsor considering this place has no competition as far as I know. I believe the owner is the only employee. Should really do some better advertising. Most people who walk by the place would think it was closed based on its appearance! Step inside and you’ll find a gem.

Walked in and saw a pile of furniture piled up and about 10 buns in glass case. We then walked out. There were no employees there. This is no business!

Great cake, wierd setup. If you walked past this store, you’d never guess a bakery was hidden inside. All you see from the outside is piles of old furniture and a ton of potted plants. But based on earlier reviews I ordered a pineapple cake for my parent’s anniversary. Not cheap either at $ 39 for a 12″ round. The cake it self was a hit, even though I thought the sponge was a bit on the dry side.

The owner has been perfecting his craft for over 20 years. My bf has been raving about this place for 2 years now, and he claims it’s better than any bakery he’s had in the Bay Area. I’m happy that I finally got to visit! Like the other review, it’s definitely a modest looking shop. It’s part plant store, part furniture store, and part bakery. I think the closing of Wah Court has been tough on the bakery though– there weren’t too many people around and not too many baked goods out front. However, the baked goods were amazing. They were all memorable! I think my favorite was the red bean or green bean giant mooncakes. It was the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor, and it was all very fresh. The egg tarts were delicious too — not too sweet with the perfect amount of egg-iness. The pineapple bun was fresh and soft — so delicious and good. It’s worth making another trip to Windsor for these buns!

Following my dim sum gorging escapade at Wah Court, I skipped on over to the modest looking bakery next door. Majestic Bakery is a bakery… I think? Or at least one side of it is. The other side looks like a gift shop in the making. Keep an eye out, Windsorites! Back to the bakery, that was clearly designed for a grab-and-go operation. Egg tarts. Mooncakes. Pineapple buns. Lotus seed buns. Wife cakes. Peanut buns. Taro buns. Cream buns. Coconut buns. And so on and so forth. Decisions, decisions. What does a bakery sucker(translate: yours truly) do? Purchase one of each, of course — minus the meat-filled buns. The grand total? Thirteen whopping dollars. Of course, prices should not be the sole determining factor of five glowing stars here on Unilocal.Hearty in filling and bold in flavor, everything was scrumptious. Mooncakes can be a hit or miss, but thankfully, MB knows how to put out some mean ones as they were meaty and hefty. The owner was pleasant and welcoming. He was also patient enough to put up with my indecision as well as my questioning of what fillings were in certain buns. Truly a hidden gem in Windsor’s «Chinatown.»
