Ah, the Canadian version of Coldstone Creamery!!! They had some interesting flavors such as green tea and salted caramel. I wasn’t a fan of the cheesecake ice cream flavor. It didn’t taste like authentic cheesecake. I felt bad for the girl serving me because she said it was her favorite flavor and recommended it. It just tasted like an off vanilla. They had a lot of toppings to choose from. Your staple chocolate toppings to fruit toppings were available. I still prefer Coldstone, but this Canadian version will suffice any ice cream cravings!

I don’t eat ice cream very often so when I do splurge calorically I want a super creamy ice cream. But I find the ice cream here to be just okay. I’ve had their ice cream a few times but have never come away with«OMG, this is so good!» The only interesting thing is that they have a frozen marble slab where the servers mix whatever toppings(candies, fruit etc) you want with your ice cream. Personally, I prefer Cold Stone Creamery’s ice cream more because their ice cream is way more creamy. Also, I don’t like their waffle cones as much, the cone tasted a little stale and didn’t have the right flavour. Also, their milkshakes($ 5.99) is a little pricey and not worth it as the drink was not thick at all. You can make your milkshake with any ice cream but the fudge chocolate didn’t yield the right flavour for a chocolate milkshake and it was way too runny. This was a huge disappointment. Overall, it’s an okay place but nothing amazing.

Like ice cream? Go here! Expensive, but excellent. They have only about 30 different flavours of ice cream(well, Baskin Robbins gets away with 31, so I guess it’s a good enough choice), but they mix your scoop of ice cream with your choice of fixing — fruit, candy, chocolate, etc. — on a cold table(which I’m guessing is what they’d call a ‘marble slab’) before putting it in your cone or cup. Ice cream is fresh and flavourful.
